Plasma medicine is an emerging field combining plasma physics and engineering, medicine, bioengineering to use plasmas for therapeutic applications. MpNL research focus is on cold plasma effect on cell migration and development of cancer therapy based on cold atmospheric plasma. For more information on our research click here.
Current projects include synthesis of a single wall carbon nanotubes with controlled conductivity, synthesis of a graphene with controlled number of layers and manufacturing of the ultracapacitor devices based on the nanotubes and graphene.
